FOR CROCKPOT:
COOK on LOW for 4-5 hours
1. Place all ingredients, except steak, in slow
cooker and stir to combine. Add steak and coat
well with sauce.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5
hours.
2. Taste before serving. If necessary, reseason with
a dash of salt, pepper, and any other flavors that may
have diluted during cooking.
3. Remove steak, allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then
slice across the grain in very thin slices.
You could substitute a pork tenderloin--but if you do, reduce
the cooking time to 2 hours.
